Preparing for the 2017 EZRA Reports

We are beginning to set up Ezra ( for 2017 statistics.  As a part of this process, all church passwords have been reset. The new password has been sent to all pastors. If you need assistance with logging in, send an email to Conference Treasurer, Beth Westbury  This reset password does NOT change the login for charge conference reporting on the website, only for Ezra.

It is recommended that pastors and others with responsibility for collecting and/or entering data in the EZRA reports review the changes to the forms for the new quadrennium. Please go to

The input forms (tables) are currently locked while the Treasurer’s Office continues the set up process.  The forms will be unlocked in late December so you can begin to enter your 2017 data.  However, you can access your reports and data from past years now. The due date for 2017 statistics is February 28, 2018.

Please note that the default year has been changed to 2017.  If you need to see a prior year, you will need to change the year at the top of the screen (drop down box) after you login.

Bishop’s Day in the Greenwood District

Bishop Jonathan Holston continues his district visits this year to meet with pastors and laity concerning the way forward for churches in the SC  Conference.

October 28 is the day Bishop Holston will be in the Greenwood District. Pastors and a leadership team from their churches are expected to join with the Bishop at St. Mark UMC Rivers St. Campus, 1633 Rivers St., Greenwood, on Saturday, October 28, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This year’s theme is By Faith, On Mission, Together. Bishop Holston will spend the morning with church leadership teams thinking about how we equip our congregations to walk faithfully into God’s vision for God’s church. Teams will have the opportunity to hear what churches are learning from the Forward Focus process, and the day will close with Holy Communion as we celebrate our connection to one another and to Jesus Christ.

Pastors are reminded that this is the October district clergy meeting. Attendance is expected.
