World Malaria Day, April 25

nomalariaWorld Malaria Day “Eat Out” is April 25.
“Have a bite to eat; stop a bite that kills.”

South Carolina United Methodists are encouraged to contact their local restaurants asking them to participate in the April 25 “Eat Out” campaign to donate a portion of their proceeds to the SC Annual Conference Imagine No Malaria Campaign.

Each restaurant statewide that participates will be recognized on the Conference web page. Restaurants in the Greenwood District will also be recognized on the district web page. Participating restaurants will receive promotional materials to use in publicizing their participation.

Click on the link below to download a letter and vendor registration form to take to your favorite local restaurant(s) to encourage participation. Everyone eats out so let’s use April 25 as a way of raising awareness and money to fight malaria, a totally treatable and preventable disease. (INM WMD Vendor Letter)
